Learn the software needed to produce creative media projects in this 875-hour training program that covers artistic and technical skills in web design, animation, image editing, print production, digital video and more.
Where: San Diego Continuing Education, North City campus, 8401 Aero Drive, San Diego 92123. (Entry to classrooms is in the back of the building).
When: The Interactive Media Certificate Program is offered once per year in the Afternoon (12:30 to 5:30 PM, running from September through June) and approximately once per year in the Evening (5:30 to 10:30 PM, with the current program running January, 2008, through May, 2009).
What: The program includes three modules.
Each module also includes a section on portfolio development. At the end of the program, you will have a portfolio to show to potential clients and employers.
Technical: This class is taught in a Macintosh lab. Each workstation is equipped with up-to-date, industry-standard software from Adobe, Apple, Macromedia and others.
